(1) On the day and time fixed for the discussion, the proposer member shall present the proposal after his name is called by the chairperson of the meeting and if he wishes, he may make a statement before submitting the proposal. The chairperson or vice-chairman who is accused will also be allowed to participate in the discussion and vote. (2) After the proposal is presented in accordance with sub-rule (1), the chairperson of the meeting will determine the time period for the discussion and after the expiry of that period, the chairperson or vice-chairman who is accused of not behaving in accordance with the position shall clear the allegations against him. Will make a statement in relation. In this way, after giving a statement regarding cleaning, the proposing member can withdraw the proposed proposal with the permission of the assembly if he wishes. If the proposing member does not want to withdraw the proposal or if the assembly does not give permission, the said proposal will be presented for decision.
